BOCOD - Supporting SMEs in rural areas to strengthen business continuity and facilitate business transfers in Ireland, Finland & Iceland.

Rural Entrepreneurs in Ireland are invited to share their voice in our New Digitalisation & Business Continuity Study

The Hincks Centre are calling on rural business owners across Ireland to take part in an important new survey that will help shape the future of enterprise supports in rural regions.

As Project Lead on BOCOD (Boosting Continuity and Digitalisation of Rural Businesses), an Interreg Northern Periphery and Arctic initiative, the Hincks Centre is working with partners in Finland and Iceland to better understand how rural SMEs are navigating digital tools, business continuity, succession planning, and future growth opportunities.

This short survey aims to capture the real experiences, challenges, and needs of rural entrepreneurs. Insights gathered will directly inform the development of tailored training and supports designed to strengthen rural businesses and help them thrive in an increasingly digital economy.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete, and every response contributes to meaningful, evidence-based improvements in rural enterprise support.

Participants are encouraged to share the survey within their network to help reach as many rural business owners as possible.
