My Town, My Plan Shared Learning Event

Since September 2019, groups from eight towns across Cork County have been engaged in community training and development of a vision for their respective towns as part of the My Town, My Plan programme.

The programme was delivered to Carrigaline, Cobh, Clonakilty, Kinsale, Midleton, Rosscarbery, Skibbereen and Youghal by the Hincks Centre, part of the School of Business at Cork Institute of Technology, and funded through SECAD under the Leader Programme. The objective of the programme was to provide training in future planning and the innovative development of a cohesive vision for towns and their hinterland.

To acknowledge the many months of hard work and dedication by participants, this free, online Shared Learning Event, the second of two, will showcase the learning and ideas/vision from the participating groups from Carrigaline, Cobh, Midleton and Youghal. It will host some wonderful speakers and we would be delighted if you would join us there.
