The sun was shining for our visitors from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University on Tuesday, May 21.

This group of undergraduate students contacted us through our links with Enactus and DCU. They are taking an elective social entrepreneurship module at their college which includes a visit to Ireland for a week. During their visit, the students were treated to a great presentation and tour of the Rubicon Centre by Sorcha MacMahon, CIT's Enterprise Intern followed by an energetic session on the Green Canvas and Business Model Canvas by Lisa Murphy and Sarah Davis.

The feedback from the students was extremely positive with many expressing an interest in our Masters programmes.

This visit was a great opportunity to share our entrepreneurship knowledge and introduce international students to the possibilities of studying at CIT and we look forward to further links with Virginia Tech which is located in rural Virginia State, USA.
