Traveling to Madrid this week Aisling ConwayLenihan (Hincks Centre and Dept. Management & Enterprise) and Helen McGuirk met with project partners from Bulgaria, Belgium, Spain, Greece and Italy (Lead partner) to discuss module development for the online work based learning training platform.

The aim of this Erasmus + co-funded project is to create an open source online platform. The platform will contain e-learning modules, the Work-Based Learning Teacher Training Model and other educational and policy framework resources. This will support school staff (teachers, school directors, trainers) in gaining professional knowledge to create their schools' career and WBL training path, use non-formal educational methodologies and increase their knowledge and connection with the world of work.
