Kick-off Meeting in Gijón, Spain

A strong collaboration between the Hincks Centre and CIT’s Technology Enhanced Learning Department began work on a new Erasmus+ K2 project RuralFemmes this month.
Attending the kick-off meeting in Gijón, on the magnificent North Coast of Spain, the CIT team met other project partners to discuss, in detail, the project’s intellectual outputs, budgets, and management.
The main aim of the project is to develop and pilot a training and coaching programme for women living in rural areas across Europe.
CIT will lead on the first output (IO 1) – Transnational analysis of the educational, socioeconomic and cultural needs and challenges of women in rural areas
