November's edition of the Kemmy Business School (KBS) Research Bulletin featured a summary of a recent publication in Research Policy, the top innovation journal.

Authored by Helena Lenihan (KBS), Helen McGuirk (Hincks Centre) and Kevin Murphy (KBS), the study explores how research on human capital provides a platform for public policy programmes that drive firm-level innovation.

The Research Bulletin series aims to make research more readily accessible to a wide range of interested stakeholders and, in doing so, to enhance the impact of excellent, evidence-based research on the society and economy in which we live and work.
