During European Creative Futures week, Amaia (Hincks Global Intern) had the opportunity to meet with Daniel O’ Mahony and Michal Sikora of Da Silly Heads. They spoke to her about their work and the projects they are involved in and, as Amaia was keen to learn more, they arranged a meeting.

At the meeting, Daniel and Michal gave a more detailed insight into their story, how they started on their journey and their current projects including an upcoming event in Cork Institute of Technology. They invited Amaia to be part of the event by helping with the organisation and contributing ideas.

On February 18th, they hosted their seminar in the Rory Gallagher Theatre at CIT's Bishopstown Campus. The seminar, with guest speakers Trisha Lewis, Dan Sweeney, Conor O'Keeffe and Joe O'Brien, was well received. Each of the speakers shared their experiences and expertise leaving attendees with no doubt that our heads do indeed matter.
