Congratulations to our colleagues Trudie Murray, Dr Aisling ConwayLenihan and Dr Fred Creedon on the publication of a new case study.

The study, entitled Growing niche business through innovation - A family run open farm in Ireland, is based on Leahy's Open Farm, located near Midleton, Co Cork, and was recently published at the European Conference on Innovation and Entrepreneurship.  

A learning resource for students, the case study focuses on the economic realities of running an open farm during the economic crises, and how the family business continues to innovate.
