Helen McGuirk was master of ceremonies at last night’s Faculty of Business and Humanities Awards 2021 in the Nexus Centre on MTU's Bishopstown campus.

The event was hosted by Mr Gerard O’Donovan, Head of Faculty, Prof Margaret Linehan, Head of the School of Humanities and Dr Breda Kenny, Head of the School of Business. They were joined on stage by Dr Áine Ní Shé, Registrar and VP for Academic Affairs and the seven Heads of Department.

Awards were presented to the top student from each of the faculty programmes. The awards were generously sponsored by industry and community partners.

Following the award presentations, the large audience of students, their family and friends and award sponsors, heard Dr Ní Shé give an inspiring speech on the value of celebrating excellence, succeeding together and continuous learning.
