Always an interesting session with the Student Inc group and thanks to the MTU Enterprise and Innovation Office for the invitation to the Hincks Centre to facilitate a session with the 2022 participants!

On Wednesday, 15th June at 9:30, the Hincks Centre's Senior Researcher, Dr Sarah Davis led a session entitled “How to Get the Most Out of Your Business Mentor”. The session applied the training tools generated in the Erasmus+ Green Mentor project and adapted them to the needs of 20 nascent student entrepreneurs who are about to work with a business mentor as part of their Student Inc experience.

Hosted by Clionadh Fahy, MTU Enterprise Intern, the online session opened with exploratory breakout rooms and an overview of the mentoring landscape in Ireland. This was followed by a review of useful Green Mentor tools and information and a question and answer session concluded the hour.

Great to see the range of business ideas from the students involved in week 3 of the Student Inc training programme. We wish them every success on their entrepreneurial journeys!
