Exploring the effects of multiple factors on employee’s innovative behaviour is the focus of the latest peer reviewed journal article from the Hincks Centre.

Published in the highly regarded International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Nguyen and McGuirk use data from SMEs in Vietnam to model the mediating effects of thriving at work and organisational commitment.

The research collaboration emanates from the long-standing links between DaNang University and MTU (formerly CIT) through the Irish Aid funded VIBE Programme. Dr Nguyen Phuc Nguyen is Associate Professor of Management and Director, Department of International Cooperation at the University of Danang in Vietnam.
