Dr Niall O'Leary, Research Fellow at the Hincks Centre, attended the in-person Interreg Northern Periphery and Arctic Programme (NPA) event in Copenhagen Harbour on May 19th. The event showcased the 2014-2020 programme projects and introduced the 2021-2027 NPA programme.

Networking and connecting with old colleagues was also to the fore as representatives from Ireland, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Faroe Islands and Greenland met to build partnerships for the upcoming programme.

Hincks were delighted to promote the success of the SSDM bridging project and find an Icelandic partner for a consortium preparing a follow on project proposal building on SSDM.
