Cork to Cadiz, Spain - nothing like an in-person kick off meeting!

Delighted to be part of the Blue Shuttle Interreg Atlantic Area project with partners from Portugal, Spain and France. The project aims to develop a Blue Innovation Network to accelerate the digitalisation of the blue bio-economy sectors in the Atlantic Area

Dr Alex Vakaloudis from the Nimbus Centre and Dr Helen McGuirk from the Hincks Centre represented MTU at the meeting in the beautiful coastal city of Cadiz in southern Spain.

Following a long day of discussions on each of the three work packages, we are confident that our work will drive and support a vibrant blue economy in the Atlantic Area.
