Hincks continue to collaborate with colleagues from across MTU to organise the very successful learning community for entrepreneurship educators and researchers, CPEER. 

We had the great honour to welcome Prof Helle Neergaard from Aarhus School of Business and Social Sciences, Aarhus University, Denmark to speak at our CPEER gathering this month.

Professor Neergaard is one of the world’s leading scholars in entrepreneurship. Her research focuses on gender and how early experiences influence self-efficacy, risk-taking behaviour and the propensity to found and grow a business.

The group of over 15 enjoyed hearing about Prof Neergaard’s work, conducting qualitative research, developing papers for publication and were very interactive during the lengthy Q&A session.  Thank you to Helle for  traveling to MTU for the event.
