The Senior Eco-Nect Consortium have been progressing all their workpackages with future planning a key feature of the online meeting on Tuesday 14th March 2023.

Represented by Dr Helen McGuirk and Dr Sarah Davis, the Hincks Centre reported progress on the SWOT survey and report preparations.

The partners have successfully conducted 4 out of 6 peer learning sessions and have a draft outline of the Handbook for Senior EcoNect which they will be completing in the next couple of months.

Two upcoming in-person events featured largely on the schedule, with plans for partners to travel to Slovenia in June 2023 and then to Compostela, Spain in early November 2023.

The flyer to recruit participants to the Senior EcoNect Map was reviewed and some accessibility modifications were suggested to improve readability.

Watch this space as we will soon be inviting stakeholders to join our map to interconnect diverse stakeholders and sectors focused on the silver economy and requesting assistance and input into our Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats Survey of awareness and interconnectivity of the Silver Economy sectors.
