HERE-SA: Developing a network of Higher Education Reform Experts in South Africa.

The MTU partnership on the Erasmus+ project HERE-SA was represented by Prof Ger Kelly and the Hincks Centres Dr Helen McGuirk at the final conference and project meeting in Johannesburg this week.

The event, titled HERE-SA Dissemination, Synergy, and Sustainability (DSS) Event was a hybrid event hosted the Technological Higher Education Network South Africa (THEN-SA).

The focus of the three-day event was to explore ways to continue the great work and collaborations made during the lifetime of the HERE-SA project.

Speakers from Universities across South Africa shared their new policies and strategies as a direct impact of the project. We were particularly grateful for the high praise given to the MTU team on hosting the partners on the entrepreneurship ecosystem study visit to Cork in March 2023.
