LEGO and BIP

11 April, 2024

As part of the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) Rebecca Robinson, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Certified Facilitator gave a 1.5 hour workshop to 24, second year students from 3 Universities - UPEC (IUT Paris Est Créteil), France; Fulda University of Applied Sciences, Germany, and Munster Technological University .

The BIP programme is the first of its kind this year for MTU where students can take an elective module in Year 2, Semester 2 of Marketing and International Business. The module is called "Entrepreneurship and Interculturality Project" and is coordinated by the Department of Marketing & International Business whereby students from the three EU Universities work together in groups on an Entrepreneurship business case.

The six groups of students will take part in activities and will be set entrepreneurial challenges for the week for the business case e.g. entering new markets, marketing, supply chain, operations, logistics and will be mentored by entrepreneurs from The New Frontiers Programme to seek a solution.

All groups will then present their solutions to their mentors where they will be judged and graded.
