#IWD2024 #InspireInclusion

Inspire Inclusion: the theme of International Women’s Day 2024 (IWD2024).

MTU’s IWD organising group (of which the Hincks Centre's Helen McGuirk is a member), were delighted to announce the 6th annual event at MTU’s Cork School of Music.

Thanks to Dr Ciara Glasheen Artem, Head of MTU’s Cork School Music, for hosting the event in the beautiful Curtis Auditorium, and to MTU's President Professor Maggie Cusack for opening the event.

A very large audience were treated to three inspirational speeches, wonderful musical performances from MTU’s Inclusive Music Ensemble and the actor Molly Lynch.
