Blue Shuttle Project Visit in Brest, France

Blue Shuttle Project Visit in Brest, France

22 October, 2024

Thank you to Maud Ezel and all the team from Pole Mer, Brest in north-west France for hosting the second in-person partner meeting. The meeting focused on the call for challenges, how the project will evaluate them and the process of identifying organisations to solve the challenges. The challenges will focus on the bioeconomy in the marine sector across France, Spain, Ireland and Portugal.

More information on the call can be found here

During our visit to Brest, we heard from the team at Quiet Oceans, a local company works in partnership with the research community to help understand the impact of underwater anthropogenic noise on aquatic life.

MTU as partners on the project, bring expertise in entrepreneurship through the Hincks Centre and technology and IoT from the Nimbus Centre team.
