In October 2024 our colleague Dr Ana Cruz Garcia presented in the “Art of Connecting: Paths to Cohesion in a Fractured Society” in Charles University, Prague. The presentation explores the concept of resilience in women migrant entrepreneurs in Ireland as an individual coping-mechanism to create business opportunities for themselves, their families and their communities.
