Sharing and Learning – TLU Works event

The Hincks Centre team were delighted to participate in MTU’s Teaching and Learning Unit event this week. The TLU Works showcases projects supporting teaching and learning from across the University.

 

Prof. Christine Cross, VP for Academic Affairs at MTU, opening the event in the Rory Gallagher Theatre.   

 

The day-long event held on the Bishopstown campus included a share and learning session where three groups presented their experiences of applying for the prestigious DELTA award. Hincks, as lead of three applications for entrepreneurship (2018 - awarded, 2021- awarded and 2024- pending), give an overview of the value of the Award, the impact on the discipline and how we engaged with students in the whole process.

Helen, pictured below, explaining to the large audience how the coveted DELTA sculpture represents the team, working together on a journey to enhance entrepreneurship education across the School of Business.
