The Hincks Centre was delighted to deliver a Strategic Clarity Workshop for a group of researchers at the Rediscovery Centre in Dublin today, supporting them in sharpening their strategic direction and day-to-day decision-making.

Led by Niall O’Leary, Fiacre Muller, and Dune Iriarte Iriondo, the workshop took a hands-on, interactive approach, with participants working through their Milestone Maps with practical exercises, and discussing outcomes together throughout the day. This collaborative format helped ground their individual projects, making the session directly relevant to their work.

Feedback from participants was positive, with many highlighting the value of the strategy mapping exercises in particular, alongside the overall interactive style of the day. The depth of the engagement reflected just how much thinking and learning took place, a sign of a genuinely productive session.
